With the house projects yet this spring and early summer, we don't have any plans for a local trip, although we very much need one. I'm getting rather tired of working all the time and the kids have been asking about going camping again. We have been taking some nights and weekends to slow down a little at dinner time and then camp in the driveway. Our neighbors probably think we are crazy, but we are having a good time.

In July we have the Schaffer Family Reunion, which is going to be the first time in probably close to 10 years that 90% or better of the family is all getting together. So, we will work hard till then around the house to get things done and ready, and then I'm calling it quits and taking a sabbatical on the house projects for a while. Ok,.. maybe not a full quit, but definitely no more big scale projects that eat up all my time.
